Junk Removal / Construction Debris Removal

Load it. Haul it. Gone.

Construction Debris Removal in Tampa & St. Pete

Piles slow a job down and make a property look neglected. We load and haul construction debris for contractors, investors and homeowners, and we sweep up behind us.

What we haul

Debris from every stage of the job

We come from the trades, so we know what comes out of a demo day and what's left at the end of a remodel. Tell us what's in the pile and where it is, and we'll handle the loading.

Debris is heavier than household junk, so a photo helps us plan the job and give you an accurate price. Tile, stone and concrete are the ones to mention first.

Pick the right service

Three ways to clear a job

One-time debris haul-off

The pile is ready and you want it gone. We load it, haul it and sweep the area. This page is for you.

Dumpster rental

Your crew is producing debris over days or weeks and there's room for a container.

New construction cleanup

Builders who need a site cleared between trades or before a walkthrough.

Post-construction cleanup

The work is done and the leftovers need to go before move-in, listing or handover.

Before we arrive

Get a faster, cleaner pickup

  • Keep materials you're reusing away from the pile
  • Pull nails or bag sharp scrap where you can
  • Clear a path from the pile to the truck
  • Tell us about gates, alleys and low branches

A word on older homes

Test before you tear out

Materials in older buildings can contain asbestos or lead paint, and we don't haul hazardous materials. If you're not sure what's in the walls, flooring or ceiling of an older St. Pete or Tampa home, have it tested before demolition starts.

Cost

How much does construction debris removal cost?

Angi's Tampa cost guide lists construction debris at about $105 to $810. The range is wide because a few bags of drywall scrap and a bathroom's worth of tile are very different loads.

These are market figures, not our price list. See how weight and county dump fees change it in our cost estimator. Your price comes down to four things:

  • How much space the debris takes up
  • How heavy it is
  • How far we have to carry it
  • Whether stairs or tight access are involved

Why contractors call us

We speak job site

Most haulers treat your site like a curbside pickup. We've run job sites ourselves, so we know a pile near the next trade's work area matters more than one out back, and that a client walkthrough doesn't move.

Tell us the schedule you're working to. If you expect repeat haul-offs on a longer build, say so upfront and we'll talk through what makes sense for that project.

Questions

Before you call

How is construction debris different from regular junk?

It is usually heavier and often has nails, dust or sharp edges. That is why we ask for photos before we give you a price.

Will you load the debris for me?

Yes. Point to the pile and we do the loading, hauling and sweeping.

Can you take debris left by another contractor?

Yes. You don't need to have hired us for the work. Text photos of what was left behind.

What can't you take?

Hazardous materials, including asbestos, chemicals and solvents, need specialized disposal. If you aren't sure about something, send a photo.

What are your hours?

We haul 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text 727-599-3074 anytime.

Do you offer repeat pickups on longer projects?

Tell us your schedule and how much debris you expect, and we'll talk through what makes sense for that project.

Where does construction debris go?

We take it to proper disposal facilities for that type of material.

What areas do you serve?

Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo.
